As part of the brand relaunch in 2015 a complete design and pack format change was required to bring the famous bulby bottle back to life. Removing every pack from the market, a new portfolio was launched placing the bulby design at the heart. All the way through from the iconic 250ml glass bulby bottle, only found in bars and restaurants. To a new, bespoke 420ml bulby shaped bottle for the retail environment. Even our new 330ml slim line cans incorporated the bulby pack design. The new formats and pack design supported a 70% increase in price per litre over the 12 months from relaunch. Touching all formats, from the number one on the go juice drink, our household staple squash or the little carton. Purchase intent saw significant change, only achieved by 1 in 10 redesigns. When Kumbuka, as 7ft silverback gorilla escaped London Zoo and proceeded to drink 12 pints of his favourite blackcurrant cordial, we were quick to act. A simple ad using our existing well known creative structure was modified to include a background of London and a Gorilla scaling our holdhold staple, Ribena Squash. Maximising our partnership with MediaCom free outdoor sites were gaining overnight, alongside twitter and facebook to make a truly Gorilla marketing execution.</image:caption>
